Dublin Bus Community Spirit Awards Open for Applications

Since 2003, Dublin Bus has been using long-term unclaimed passenger change to support grassroots voluntary and community groups across the Greater Dublin Area (GDA) through the Community Spirit Awards

The Community Spirit Awards help to support the development of new projects, grow services and help raise community spirit in the local community. The programme was initiated to recognise and support the invaluable work undertaken each day by local groups located within the Dublin Bus network. Ex-international footballer, Niall Quinn has been patron of the initiative since its inception.

To date over 1,500 groups have received funding from Dublin Bus which has helped many worthwhile causes in communities across the GDA.
