Eligibility Criteria for the Collaborate to Innovate Programme

All applicants must meet the basic eligibility criteria, which are outlined below:

Stand Alone Applications

If the application is a stand-alone application, the following criteria apply:

  • The organisation must be an independent, not-for-profit organisation
  • The organisation must be working in the community and voluntary sector in Ireland, in a paid or voluntary capacity
  • The organisation must be an independently governed and constituted community, voluntary or charitable organisation

Existing or Planned Collaborative Initiatives

If the application is an existing or planned collaborative initiative with another organisation, then the following eligibility criteria apply:

  • There must be a lead organisation* that makes the application
  • The lead organisation must be an independent, not-for-profit organisation
  • The lead organisation must be working in the community and voluntary sector in Ireland, in a paid or voluntary capacity
  • The lead organisation must be an independently governed and constituted community, voluntary or charitable organisation

* The ‘lead organisation’ is classed as the organisation that is making the application on behalf of itself and one or more other organisation(s) that are currently involved in a collaborative arrangement.

All applications must be in before 5:00PM on 7 February
