Therapeutic Services Provision:

-          The management and provision of cancer support services to the                 growing population and their families

-          The provision, management and supervision and  training and                     rostering of team members

-          Ensuring provision of supervision to therapists where required

-          To coordinate and assess group facilitation sessions

-          Motivate staff and therapists to resolve conflicts whenever they                   arise

-          Report writing, making referrals, case management and liaising                   with  healthcare professionals

-          Liaise with centre administrator in the management of all centre                   finances in conjunction with the treasurer and the BOM

-          Ensuring compliance with our confidentiality policy

-          Get regular feedback from staff and volunteers on all aspects of the             service

-          Be highly visible with clients and interface with them on a regular                  basis

-          Obtain feedback from clients on quality of service provided and to                be continually focused on improving the service

-          Networking and building relationships with others who can support               clients and their families

Business Planning and Development:

-          Assist the board to develop annual service provision plan and                      ensure delivery of approved plan

-          Develop innovative programmes to serve our clients needs

-          Ensure that centre is run in a cost effective manner and in line with             budget targets

-          Carrying out research, make relevant funding and grant

           applications in a timely manner

-          Prepare and present monthly management report to Board

-          Attend functions, events and other PR activities as required

-          Public speaking and presenting at schools and events generating                awareness and goodwill of the profile of the Cois Nore charity

-          Deal quickly and effectively with any issues raised by any                             stakeholder/service user/therapist
