Hold third level qualification in business management or related area 

    Strong commercial awareness and proven experience of business and financial planning

Capacity building experience in working with individuals and groups at different levels of educational attainment and job readiness

Have a good knowledge of funding sources for enterprise start ups e.g. Local Enterprise Office, Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection, Enterprise Ireland, Micro-finance Ireland etc.

Possess empathy and understanding of the issues and barriers faced by marginalised individuals and those who are long term unemployed particularly in relation to enterprise and employment

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other staff members and a wide range of external stakeholders up to senior level, these include community, statutory and social partners

Shows ability to use own initiative and respond effectively to changing needs and programme priorities if these arise

Proven ability to plan and deliver on targets, key milestones and tight deadlines

Demonstrate effective time-management skills and the ability to multi-task

Strong report writing and IT skills, experience of working with a CRM system would be an advantage

Salary Scale range €32,182   -   €44,931 NOTE new entrants will commence at Point 1.
