ECO-UNESCO's Environmental Education and Curriculum Links Training

This short course explores ways to plan, develop and integrate environmental
education methodologies within different curriculum frameworks and/or in
alignment with specific learning outcomes.

By the end of the training participants will:

  • Be able to identify relevant curriculum links to environmental education activities.
  • Understand how to engage and motivate young people to learning about the environment within different curriculum frameworks.
  • Know how to plan, develop and deliver environmental education activities & link them to a variety curriculum subjects.
  • Be inspired to engage young people in exploring environmental issues through interactive learning and critical thinking.


Who?

Teachers, youth and community leaders, Environmental Awareness Officers and anyone else interested in learning more about environmental education.
