Spam and Inappropriate Content
The Wheel reserves the right to edit or delete any questions, notices or comments added to Sector Connector that it deems to be inappropriate, abusive, or overtly commercial in nature. The Wheel will delete all spam submitted on Sector Connector or that is sent to The Wheel's staff using the Wheel.ie email form.
The Wheel reserves the right to edit or delete any other content added to user profiles, organisation profile or trainer profiles that it deems to be inappropriate and/or abusive.
The Wheel retains editorial control over all content submitted to Wheel.ie by registered users.
The Wheel runs the Learningpoint database of training courses as a free service to the Irish community and voluntary sector. The Wheel does not control, nor verify, the course details submitted by external training providers, as listed in the Learningpoint database.
The Wheel is not responsible for any transactions, cancellations or related issues arising from the booking of training listed on the Learningpoint database (other than for courses provided by The Wheel itself).
Any grievances or concerns relating to transactions or business with trainers - other than The Wheel itself - listed on the Learningpoint database must be pursued directly with the trainer. The Wheel cannot enter into discussion regarding the services provided by individual trainers listed on the Learningpoint database.
The Wheel reserves the right to edit / delete / ban any trainer - or training courses - from the Learningpoint database that it decides is not appropriate for the purpose of the website. The Wheel is not required to justify any of such action, though it will seek to communicate it's reasoning at all times and as clearly as possible.
